What is IRON ID Workspace?

A shared workspace for your organization, with proof built in.

Workspace is where your organization keeps and shares its files: one organization, teams, members, roles, folders, versions. It works the way a shared drive works, so nobody needs training to use it.

The difference is underneath. Every file you upload gets a fingerprint, an electronic timestamp and an audit record, automatically. Six months later, you can show who did what, when, and which version is the right one.

Do we need to change how we work?

No. Workspace behaves like the shared drive your team already uses. The trust layer runs underneath every action.

Can external partners verify a document without an account?

Yes. Shared documents and their proofs verify in any standard PDF reader and on the public verification page, without IRON ID.

Is there online editing?

Not at launch. Workspace starts with storage, organization, versions, sharing and proof; editing is on the roadmap.

Where is our data?

In the hosted edition, in France, outside the Cloud Act. Deployment in your country or on your infrastructure is rolling out with early access.
