What is IRON ID Email?
Business email for your organization, on your domain.
Email gives every member a professional mailbox and every team a shared one, on the IRON ID domain or on your own. It is part of the same organization as Workspace and Storage: same accounts, same MFA, same roles.
What makes it different is who a message comes from. Between IRON ID organizations, the sender is a verified identity, and an attachment sent from Storage keeps its fingerprint.

Attachments
A copy is not the document.
Every attachment is a copy. A document attached from Storage carries its fingerprint, so the recipient can check it is exactly the version that was approved.

What is a standard mailbox?
A mailbox on the IRON ID domain, included with every organization. A mailbox on your own domain is a paid option.
Can we keep our existing domain?
Yes. Connect your domain and create mailboxes on it.
Do recipients outside IRON ID need anything?
No. They receive a standard email. The verified sender badge appears between IRON ID organizations.
When is it available?
