FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

What do we pay for on the Platform?

Two things: storage beyond the free 5 GB, and professional mailboxes on your own domain. Workspace and every core capability are free.

Is KYC included in Workspace?

No. KYC is a separate enterprise product: an SDK and API that you integrate into your own applications, sold through enterprise sales and priced on quotation.

Is Sign included in Workspace?

No. Sign is a separate enterprise product for embedding trusted digital signing into your own products and workflows. Request a quote.

Is the 5 GB per product or per organization?

Per organization, shared across the Platform. A file in Workspace, an attachment in Email and a document in Storage draw from the same pool.

Can we deploy the Platform on our own infrastructure?

Private and local deployments are available on request, with integration and support. They are quoted separately.

Can we export and leave?

Yes, at any time. Documents, proofs and certificates export in an open, documented format that stays verifiable without IRON ID.

Refunds?

Yes. You have fourteen days to change your mind and get a full refund; beyond that, the refund covers the unused part of the prepaid period, pro rata. The detail is in the refund policy.
