The problem

Trust is scattered across tools that do not know each other.

Files in one system. Identity in another. Email somewhere else. Signatures elsewhere. Access control handled separately. Audit information fragmented.

With IRON ID

IRON ID Trust Layer

One identity, one record, one place to verify.

IRON ID brings critical digital operations under one trust infrastructure.

  • Nobody can say who did what, whenEach tool keeps its own partial log, in its own format.
  • Every audit becomes a reconstructionWeeks of collecting exports, screenshots and emails.
  • Every integration is a new exposureIdentities and permissions copied between systems drift apart.

Use cases

How organizations use IRON ID.

The same platform follows a document from the moment it arrives to the moment someone asks to see the proof.

How it works

Six links, from the person to the proof.

Every action in every IRON ID product moves through the same chain. That is what makes the record hold.

  1. 01

    Identity

Who is acting: a verified person or machine, inside your organization.

  2. 02

    Access

What they may do: role, permission, session, device.

  3. 03

    Data

What they touch: an encrypted, versioned, fingerprinted object.

  4. 04

    Action

What they do: upload, share, approve, sign, send.

  5. 05

    Verification

What can be checked: fingerprint, timestamp, provenance, signature.

  6. 06

    Audit

What is recorded: an entry sealed into a tamper evident log.

The trust layer

Under every IRON ID product is a common trust infrastructure.

Eight properties, enforced by the platform rather than by discipline. Products change; the guarantees underneath do not.

  • Identity

Every action traces back to a named person or machine.

  • Authentication

Sessions, MFA and API keys prove the actor is who they claim.

  • Authorization

Roles and permissions decide what each actor may do, per object.

  • Encryption

Content is encrypted at rest with a distinct key per version.

  • Integrity

A fingerprint per version makes any change visible.

  • Provenance

Origin and history travel with the content, bound to it.

  • Verification

Anyone can check a proof, without an account and without IRON ID.

  • Auditability

An append only log with sealed checkpoints shows what happened.

Data sovereignty

Your data. Your organization. Your jurisdiction.

Sovereignty means keeping the ability to choose, control and move your infrastructure. IRON ID is designed to be deployed where your law applies.

  • Rolling out

    Deploy where your law applies

On your own infrastructure, with a hosting partner in your country, or inside an isolated network. Deployment options are rolling out with early access; the hosted edition runs in France today, outside the Cloud Act.

  • Built

    Encrypted with keys you control

Content is encrypted at rest with a distinct key per version, wrapped by a managed key service. Nothing leaves the vault in clear.

  • Built

    Leave whenever you want

Documents, proofs and certificates export in an open, documented format that anyone can verify without IRON ID.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

What does IRON ID Group sell?

Two things on one trust layer. The IRON ID Platform: a free digital workspace for your organization, paid by storage and professional email. And IRON ID Enterprise: KYC and Sign SDKs that businesses integrate into their own applications, sold on quotation.

Is it available today?

The Platform (Workspace, Storage, Email) and the KYC SDK are in early access; the Sign SDK and the mobile apps are coming soon. Join early access, or request a quote for an enterprise integration.

Do we need to understand the cryptography?

No. Teams use a familiar workspace. The trust layer runs underneath every action. The technology page exists for the people who want to look.

Can a third party verify a document without IRON ID?

Yes. Every certified document exports as an evidence bundle in an open format, verifiable with an independent open source tool.
