Platform
What does IRON ID Group sell?
Two things on one trust layer. The IRON ID Platform: a free digital workspace for your organization, paid by storage and professional email. And IRON ID Enterprise: KYC and Sign SDKs that businesses integrate into their own applications, sold on quotation.
Is it available today?
The Platform (Workspace, Storage, Email) and the KYC SDK are in early access; the Sign SDK and the mobile apps are coming soon. Join early access, or request a quote for an enterprise integration.
Do we need to understand the cryptography?
No. Teams use a familiar workspace. The trust layer runs underneath every action. The technology page exists for the people who want to look.
What do we pay for on the Platform?
Two things: storage beyond the free 5 GB, and professional mailboxes on your own domain. Workspace and every core capability are free.
Is KYC included in Workspace?
No. KYC is a separate enterprise product: an SDK and API that you integrate into your own applications, sold through enterprise sales and priced on quotation.
Is Sign included in Workspace?
No. Sign is a separate enterprise product for embedding trusted digital signing into your own products and workflows. Request a quote.
Is the 5 GB per product or per organization?
Per organization, shared across the Platform. A file in Workspace, an attachment in Email and a document in Storage draw from the same pool.
Can we deploy the Platform on our own infrastructure?
Private and local deployments are available on request, with integration and support. They are quoted separately.
Can we export and leave?
Yes, at any time. Documents, proofs and certificates export in an open, documented format that stays verifiable without IRON ID.
Refunds?
Yes. You have fourteen days to change your mind and get a full refund; beyond that, the refund covers the unused part of the prepaid period, pro rata. The detail is in the refund policy.
Do we need to change how we work?
No. Workspace behaves like the shared drive your team already uses. The trust layer runs underneath every action.
Can external partners verify a document without an account?
Yes. Shared documents and their proofs verify in any standard PDF reader and on the public verification page, without IRON ID.
Is there online editing?
Not at launch. Workspace starts with storage, organization, versions, sharing and proof; editing is on the roadmap.
What is a standard mailbox?
A mailbox on the IRON ID domain, included with every organization. A mailbox on your own domain is a paid option.
Can we keep our existing domain?
Yes. Connect your domain and create mailboxes on it.
Do recipients outside IRON ID need anything?
No. They receive a standard email. The verified sender badge appears between IRON ID organizations.
When is it available?
Email is in early access, being built on the shared trust layer. Join early access to test it first.
Enterprise
Is the KYC SDK part of the IRON ID Platform?
No. It is a separate enterprise product, integrated into your own applications and priced on quotation.
How is it priced?
On quotation, after a technical discussion: volumes, document types, integration scope and support level. There is no self service plan.
Which documents are supported?
National identity documents and commercial register data first; coverage is confirmed with early access members.
Is the verification legally recognised?
The SDK produces a verifiable record of the checks performed. It does not claim a regulatory approval; your compliance obligations remain yours.
Is the Sign SDK part of the IRON ID Platform?
No. It is a separate enterprise product for embedding signing into your own applications, priced on quotation.
Which signature level does it provide?
The simple electronic signature level at launch. Advanced and qualified levels require legal validation and a qualified provider, and are not claimed until in place.
Can a partner without IRON ID verify a signed document?
Yes. PAdES B-LTA signatures verify in any standard PDF reader; the evidence bundle can be checked offline.
When is the Sign SDK available?
Coming soon. It is specified and follows the sharing milestone; enterprise prospects can start the technical discussion now.
Security
Can a third party verify a document without IRON ID?
Yes. Export the evidence bundle and run the open source verifier, or use the public verification page. Neither needs an account.
What exactly is proven?
That a given content existed at a given date, that it has not changed since, and which attestations were issued by which issuer. Not that the document says the truth.
Is the timestamp qualified?
Storage issues RFC 3161 electronic timestamps. Qualified timestamps from a named provider are planned and will be announced when the contract is in place.
What happens to a document I erase?
Its content is erased and can no longer be downloaded. Its fingerprint, timestamp and audit entries remain, so the proof still holds.
Where is our data?
In the hosted edition, in France, outside the Cloud Act. Deployment in your country or on your infrastructure is rolling out with early access.
Where is the data stored?
With the platform, under the deployment model agreed in your contract, including private deployment.

Who is IRON ID Group?
A company building digital trust infrastructure for organizations, from Algeria, on published international standards. The entity details and the team are published on the about page.
When does it launch commercially?
Commercial launch of Workspace is planned for the first half of 2027, with the first paying customer. Early access opens before that.
How do we pay?
Billed in dinars by bank transfer. No international card and no foreign currency is required.
Can we become a partner or invest?
Yes. Hosting partners, integrators, technology partners, institutions and investors all start on the investors and partners page.
