FAQ
Questions buyers ask first.
When does IRON ID launch?
On 20 November 2026. Until then the Platform is in early access by waitlist: organizations are onboarded in the first cohorts, before launch, with direct support from the team.
What opens at launch?
Fe (identity and access), Silicon (workspace suite, with Carbon, Copper, Indium, Rubidium, Neon and Helium), Xenon (files and storage), Argon (professional email) and Krypton (VPN), for France and the European Union first. Titanium (projects) and Silver (Sign SDK) follow; the dates are announced when they are known.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Platform is free for every organization. Two resources are billed, in euros: storage beyond the free 5 GB, by capacity, and professional email, per mailbox. The price list is published at launch.
Where is our data?
For customers in France and the European Union, in France. Elsewhere, hosting in your country according to demand, or on your own infrastructure. The host for each region is named before early access opens.
Do we need to change how we work?
No. Silicon behaves like the shared drive your team already uses, Argon like your mailbox, Helium like your video calls. The trust layer runs underneath every action; nobody has to think about it.
